Natural weight loss methods

What does a day of our Detoxification – 7 Days look like?
In the morning, on an empty stomach:
Between 7:00 and 8:00 AM, consume a tablespoon of psyllium bran mixed with 200 ml of water. Consume immediately.
After 15 minutes drink another large glass of warm water 300 ml with lemon (half squeezed lemon). This is a laxative effect that cleanses the digestive tract.
I recommend you wait an hour after drinking the glass of water with bran, then you can take:
Breakfast: 08: 00-09: 00 (400 kcal)
Breakfast contains 2 tablespoons of oatmeal put in 200 ml of coconut milk, left to hydrate for at least 4-5 hours (can be soaked in the evening), 50 g of goji and a teaspoon of chia. Drink water after an hour!
Properties: Oatmeal does not contain gluten, they are an excellent source of fiber, protein, minerals. They are excellent at choosing a healthy breakfast.
Contraindications: Like any healthy ingredient, if consumed in excess, it can cause some discomfort.
There are currently no studies that say that oats can cause disease or imbalances in the body. It contains a toxin called avenin, but it is not dangerous to human health.
Snack 1: time: 11:00 (~ 35 kcal)
Enjoy a red grapefruit as a snack. Drink water after an hour.
Properties: Contains insoluble fibers called pectins, which protect the gastric mucosa and regulate cholesterol. It also induces the feeling of satiety due to the large amount of fiber.
Nutritional composition: 100 g grapefruit, brings an intake of 30 – 35 kcal, 0.65 g protein, 0.1 lipids, 8.08 carbohydrates, 6-7 sugars, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin A.
Contraindications: There are no recent studies to certify this, because it is discussed a problem when eating a fruit in excessive quantities.
Lunch: 13:00 – 14:00 (450 kcal)
Here is an example of a healthy lunch: 100 grams of pea puree or boiled peas, 100 grams of carrot puree and 150 grams of grilled chicken breast. Drink 300 ml of water after one hour.
Preparation: Season the chicken breast, put it on the grill pan or it can be eaten boiled. Boil the carrots separately until they become slightly soft – do not boil excessively for a long time because you risk consuming this food without nutritional quality.
Then put them in a blender, mix them, add salt, pepper, a tablespoon of low-fat yogurt and a little mint for flavor and flavor.
Boil the peas for 10 minutes, put them in a blender, add a tablespoon of yogurt, salt, pepper, a little chili, a clove of garlic and mix.

Snack 2: 16:00 – 17:00 (120 kcal)
Low-fat yogurt and a teaspoon of wheat bran. Drink 300 ml of water after 1 hour. Drink two more glasses of water until dinner.
Preparation: You can prepare homemade yogurt as follows: 1 liter of skim milk, 100 ml of yogurt and 12 hours of patience. Heat the milk a little, add the yogurt and leave at room temperature for about 10-12 hours.
Pasteurized milk is not consumed through the UHT process, due to its low nutritional value.
Properties: This snack is rich in vitamin E, calcium and is high in fiber and iron. Bran contains vitamins (beta-carotene, B1 B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, E), amino acids, carbohydrates and minerals. Yogurt is rich in calcium.
Dinner: between 19:00 and 20:00 (450 kcal)
Consume a salad of about 300 grams, consisting of: arugula, baby spinach, a tablespoon of lentils (boiled), a tablespoon of red beans (boiled), 1 teaspoon pine nuts, 1 teaspoon flax seeds (hydrated 2 hours) and 100 grams of lean mozzarella. Drink 200 ml of water after 1 hour.
Preparation: put all the above ingredients in a glass or ceramic bowl, mix them, add salt and sprinkle with lemon. You can add chopped parsley leaves and extra virgin olive oil.
Properties: Rich in fatty acids, sterols, stanols, fiber, chlorophyll and vitamin K. Helps lower bad cholesterol, provides the necessary fiber and vitamins. There are no contraindications.
Dinner is consumed 3 hours before sleep time.
Before sleep: Drink before sleep a glass of water with a teaspoon of flax seeds left in water for 4-5 hours.
Even a single day of detoxification can be felt by the body.
However, effective detoxification takes about 7 days. You can repeat day 1 several times, but it will become a little boring.
